A hand-held, high-powered leaf blower can really help you maintain your landscape. But it's a real pain when your leaf blower stops working and needs repair, especially if you're trying to get the fall leaves up off the lawn, out of your yard, and out to the street for pick up. When my leaf blower stopped working last fall, I was thinking it was going to cost me at least $100 plus all the time finding a repair shop and waiting to get it fixed. Luckily, I found a great online resource that helped me get my gas-powered leaf blower back up and running in about 5 minutes for nothing.
Instead of Google, I went straight to YouTube and typed in the problem into the YouTube search bar:
leaf blower won't rev up
One of the top videos was by Steve on his channel Steve's Small Engine Saloon.
Turns out that there's often one problem when a leaf blower won't rev up. In his video, Steve explains that one problem and shows you 5 ways you can fix it. I picked the way that I had the tools for and fixed my leaf blower in about 5 minutes without spending a dime!
If Steve helps you like he helped me, you should buy him a beer. I did, and you can, too. Just go to his website, StevesSmallEngineSaloon.com and click the link on the top right that says
Click Here to Buy Steve a Beer!
It's a PayPal link that let's you donate however much you like to Steve for helping him out. I gave him $10 bucks, but I'm sure he'll appreciate whatever you'd like to pass along.
